We look forward to seeing you soon! All events will take place in the Fiesta Ballroom unless listed otherwise on the agenda.
Please prepare for long lines at registration. We encourage you to visit the Registration Desk early. We appreciate your patience!
After checking in to the hotel, follow the directional signage to the registration desk located at the South Registration Desk outside the Fiesta Ballroom, sponsored by The Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. On-site registration will be available. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
- Thursday: 2:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
All registrants will receive a complimentary gift bag thanks to our generous sponsors who donated wonderful items this year! Be sure to grab yours after you check in at the Annual Meeting! Limit one per family.
