Registration
Please prepare for long lines at registration. We encourage you to visit the Registration Desk early. We appreciate your patience!
After checking in to the hotel, follow the directional signage to the registration desk located at the South Registration Desk outside the Fiesta Ballroom in the Convention Center, sponsored by The Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. On-site registration will be available. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
- Thursday: 2:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
All registrants will receive a complimentary gift bag thanks to our generous sponsors who donated wonderful items this year! Be sure to grab yours after you check in at the Annual Meeting! Limit one per family.
Parking
- Complimentary Day Parking is available on site near the Convention Center
- For guests staying on property at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, the Conference Center can be accessed through the walking paths or driving to the Events Parking Lot next to the Conference Center
- Overnight self-parking is complimentary to Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels at Walt Disney World Resort
