- All conference events take place in Fiesta Ballroom unless otherwise noted on the agenda.
- The Registration Desk is located at the South Registration desk between Monterrey and the Fiesta Ballroom.
- For guests staying on property at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, the Conference Center can be accessed through the walking paths or driving to the Events Parking Lot next to the Conference Center.
