CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT
As a member of the Leadership Florida Awards Selection Committee, I certify that if I am employed by, serve on the board of, or have other oversight responsibilities for any entity nominated for an Award, I will recuse myself from all discussion, debate, scoring, and voting for that particular Award category or categories if more than one applies.
This recusal requirement also applies to nominations of other close relationships such as business partners, client relationships, and family members.
Leadership Florida staff and the Awards Committee Chair will make the final determination as to what is considered a conflict of interest for any committee member.
